Black Box reads the roofing job information and documents you provide and generates a Bid Sheet and client Proposal. The output is a tool to help you prepare your own documents.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to bypass the trial, payment, or fraud‑prevention controls; uploading unlawful content or content you don't have the right to use; reverse‑engineering or disrupting the Service; or using it to violate any law.
You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide and of the documents the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to upload any client information you enter.
Black Box assists with document preparation. The takeoff, measurements, scope, pricing, and warranty are your responsibility to review and verify before you rely on them or send them to a client. The Service does not provide engineering, legal, or financial advice, and we do not guarantee that any AI‑generated takeoff is error‑free.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for abuse/fraud. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you within the Service. Continued use means acceptance.
