How accurate is the takeoff?
Black Box reads the square count and roof system straight from your measurement report and plans — the same documents you'd read yourself. You always review both documents before you send anything.
What do I need to upload?
At minimum a measurement or aerial report (EagleView, GAF, etc.) so it can pull the squares. Add plans, specs, and photos for a more complete scope.
Are my files and bids private?
Yes. Your files and bids stay between you and your client — they're used only to build your documents.
Can I edit the documents?
You set your price, warranty terms, branding, and which sections to include. You download finished documents you can print or save as PDF.
What does it cost?
